325 W. Broadway also known as Xoco is a residential project located in Soho, NYC. The building features a cast aluminum facade that utilizes contemporary form making, while drawing inspiration from the cast iron facades that make Soho famous.

DDG developed a unique marketing strategy for the project pairing a one off comic book with photo realistic renderings.
Shawn Martinbrough illustrated the comic which mixes fantasy and the history of the site as a former chocolate factory to tell a unique story of heroes and villains at 325 W Broadway. MARCH introduced elements of the narrative into select shots to draw a connection between the comic and what will be.
